Dadi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>KUPANG, Inihari.co<\/strong> \u2013 Bendera Merah Putih yang terlihat kusut di Depan Kantor Dewan Perwakilan Daerah (DPD) RI Kupang Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) berkibar\u00a0<strong>\u00be<\/strong> (tiga perempat) tiang, tanpa diketahui penyebabnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bendera yang berkibar sekitar\u00a0<strong>\u00be<\/strong> tiang itu terlihat kusut dan berkumpal melayang-layang karena ditiup angin. Namun tak ada satu pun pegawai atau anggota DPD di kantor itu yang membenarkan posisi bendera itu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Salah satu warga Kota Kupang yang kebetulan lewat di depan Kantor DPD, Yos Andu Kelen yang diketahui sebagai ketua RT 28 RW 8 Kelurahan Kayu Putih Kota Kupang, NTT, kepada Jaringnews menyayangkan berkibarnya bendera itu hanya\u00a0<strong>\u00be<\/strong> tiang dari atas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cBendera Merah Putih itu adalah lambang perjuangan bangsa.
