Pasalnya, pelaksanaan pekerjaan proyek di tahun 2018 banyak yang mengalami keterlambatan, bahkan hingga saat ini masih ada proyek pekerjaan tahun 2018 yang belum rampung dikerjakan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cBerdasarkan Pengalaman tahun 2018, hampir semua proyek pekerjaan yang dikelola oleh dinas teknis terlambat dalam hal waktu pekerjaan. Untuk itu, Dinas PUPR harus segera melelang proyek yang nilainya besar agar waktu kerjanya bisa cukup panjang yakni 150 hari atau 180 hari kalender kerja. \u201cYa dengan waktu yang memadai maka pekerjaan bisa selesai tepat waktu dan hasilnya benar-benar berkualitas,\u201d tegas Tellend saat ditemui di ruangannya pada Selasa, (19\/03\/2019).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tellend Daud mengaku, dalam pelaksanaan proyek pekerjaan di Kota Kupang selalu menemui kendala akibat perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pekerjaan dilakukan di tahun yang sama.
