Pada 20 Mei 2015, Susi berencana menenggelamkan minimal 20 kapal pelaku pencurian ikan (illegal fishing).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Efek jeranya itu kita mau tenggelamin. Bulan Mei saat Hari Kebangkitan Nasional, mau bikin momen itu,&#8221; ungkap Susi kala ditemui di komplek Istana Negara, Jakarta, Rabu (15\/4\/2015).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Menurut Susi, kapal-kapal tersebut tersebar di berbagai daerah. Tetapi akan ditenggelamkan pada hari yang sama.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Paling minimal 20. Dari Batam, Pontianak, Ranai, sampai ke Ambon. Sekaligus hari yang sama,&#8221; tegasnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Selama Januari-Maret 2015, pemerintah telah menenggelamkan 22 kapal asing pelaku illegal fishing yang berasal dari Vietnam, Thailand, Filipina, hingga Papua Nugini. Sudah 573 Anak Buah Kapal (ABK) dideportasi.
